What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and clinical safety, we only accept returns or refunds for damaged products, defective items or wrong product received. Kindly claim within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes. All prepaid orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are shipped the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day.
